Founded in 2026 by Mike Harcott, it started with a simple observation: too many local homes and businesses were dealing with poor irrigation or unreliable sprinkler systems that wasted clean drinking water while leaving gardens and lawns patchy.
Property owners didn't just need sprinklers—they needed a precise, customized water management system built specifically for Vancouver Island's local soil types and rainfall patterns.
With a 5-year background in commercial irrigation and decades of landscape experience, Mike set out to build an irrigation and backflow company rooted in attention to detail, water conservation and protection, and top-tier customer service.
We also provide certified backflow assembly testing to ensure municipal water supplies remain safe and protected from cross-contamination back-siphonage.
